By submitting payment to Vintage Cookery LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us before proceeding with your booking.

Terms Explained

1. Food Safety

We take food safety seriously and strictly follow industry-standard ServSafe® food handling and preparation protocols. However, Vintage Cookery LLC cannot be held responsible for any foodborne illnesses that may occur after consumption of the food we provide.

2. Food Allergies

Clients are responsible for notifying us of any known food allergies or dietary restrictions during the menu planning process. While we take every precaution to accommodate allergy concerns, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens in any dish. Vintage Cookery LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur.

3. Property Liability

Vintage Cookery LLC is not responsible for any damage to the property where the catering service is being provided, nor for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur on-site during service.

4. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your total balance. Full payment is due prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to additional fees. The 10% deposit remains non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Menu Changes

Menu selections must be finalized no later than 7 days before the event. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated and may incur additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, timing, and access instructions. Delays or complications resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional fees. No dinnerware, flatware, or drinks are provided by Vintage Cookery LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Service Limitations

Vintage Cookery LLC service includes cleaning the kitchen area used. Our staff is not responsible for cleaning, moving furniture, or performing tasks outside the scope of the agreed catering service. If additional assistance is required, this must be arranged in advance and may involve added costs.

9. Inclement Weather or Force Majeure

Vintage Cookery LLC is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your event if possible.

10. Photographs & Social Media

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Vintage Cookery LLC reserves the right to take photos at events for use on our website and social media. We will never publish guests' faces or private client details without consent.
